Building Tomorrow’s Leaders

The Final Climb Inc. is a non-profit organization established in 2017 to continue the work of a remarkable man, Andy Harvard.

Andy was a mountain climber, attorney, business leader and director of the Dartmouth Outing Club.

He excelled at everything he did. But his true gift was inspiring people of all backgrounds, young and old, to work together and take on the challenges facing their communities at a local and national level.

To Andy, this was the essence of great leadership. 

Inspired by Andy and to continue his legacy, our flagship project is the Andy Harvard Leadership Initiative (AHLI).

We are supporting leadership training, conservation awareness and action for the next generation — and to do this we are supporting work of two organizations, the Dartmouth Outing Club and the Student Conservation Association.
